Abstract

The reverse flow flap is currently utilized to reconstruct defects on distal part of the human body..
Some clinical cases about reverse flow flap were reported in which radial, superficial temporal, peroneal and anterior tibial artery was used as pedicle.
In digit, with its the most distal part of the extremity many different methods have bcen introduced to reconstruct defect.
In my study, reverse flow digital and 1st dorsal metatarsal artery island flap were applied to reconstruct defect on the fingertip and toe web space.
